How often have you seen brand new hydraulic components installed because the old one "failed?" Only to find out something as simple and as cheap a compensator malfunctioning was the root cause? In this class, students will learn how to properly diagnose hydraulic systems to get to the root of the failure allowing them to save time and money.

Upon completion, students will also receive reference material for further self-study as well as a certificate of completion.

Diagnosing Hydraulic Systems

In the classroom portion of this course, students will learn how to properly adjust complex hydraulic systems and how to properly diagnose problems from malfunctioning components reducing overall equipment downtime.

Hands-On Hydraulic Diagnostics

With the help of our state-of-the-art hydraulic labs, students will be able to build their own hydraulic systems, set pressures, control the speed of actuators. They will also get hands-on experience at how to properly diagnose these systems.
