In-person class cancellation and refund policy
Refund Policy- For In-person classes, up until the class date, customers may receive a full refund upon written notification of class cancellation. To cancel a class please email Training@diesellaptops.com with your sales order number and attendee name and email. If you cannot attend a scheduled In-person course, you may also reschedule for a later date. To reschedule a class, please email Training@diesellaptops.com with your sales order number and attendee name and email.
Quality Guarantee- If for any reason, within 14 days after the completion of the course, you are unsatisfied with your In-person training course, you may receive a full refund. To receive a refund please fill out the refund form here. If you are unable to attend a class and would like to reschedule, please email Training@diesellaptops.com with your sales order and attendee information and we will reschedule you for the next available class. Please note, you may request a class reschedule within 14 days of the original class ending date, after 14 days, rescheduling fees may apply.
