Course overview:

In this 2 hr webinar you will learn about the following components location, design, and main functionality:

• DOC
• DPF
• Aftertreatment fuel doser
• In-cylinder fuel dosing
• Exhaust temperature sensors
• DPF differential pressure sensor/Inlet pressure sensors

Regeneration as a Diagnostic Tool!

• Technicians will learn the importance of running a regeneration for diagnostic purposes, and the powerful insight that it gives you for diagnosing failed components without the need for a fault code.

• Technicians will learn the many phases of temperature changes during a regen and how to interpret the data of regen temps. They will learn how to properly identify abnormal temperature changes and the root causes of these changes.

• Technicians will learn to be able to verify the health of the Engine, AFT dosing system, DOC, DPF, and sensors. This will effectively minimize the removal, cleaning, or replacement of parts unnecessarily which will reduce cost and downtime.

Upon completion of the webinar, students will receive a certificate of completion of the course as well as a recording for future reference.
